Rules and regulations for all students

1. All students should be present in School by 7.25 in the morning. If they come to school before 7.00, they cannot go to their classrooms until 7.30. Late comers will have to obtain permission from the Headmaster to enter Class.

2. Students in the Middle and Upper School should attend General Assembly on Tuesdays, and Sectional Assembly on other days.

3. All students must be in their school uniform when they enter the school premises on School Days.

i. White Shirt

ii. White Trousers (up to year 9, Blue Trousers)

iii. Black or Brown laced shoes with white socks.

iv. The School Badge

Fancy shoes and belts are not permitted.

4. Students should not be found in the tuck shop during class hours.

5. A student should obtain written permission from the Headmaster to enter any class other than his regarding organizational work in Societies, Clubs and Sports activities.

6. Students are not permitted to collect money from their fellow students for any activity without obtaining prior permission from the Headmaster.

7. Please inform your parents and guardians that they are not allowed to enter any classroom without prior permission from the Headmaster.

8. Students are not allowed to visit their friends in the sickroom during class hours.

9. Hair should be cut short and combed properly.

10. Students are not allowed to enter the technical and aesthetic classrooms outside class hours.

11. Your behaviour in and out of the school should match its good name and reputation and the high esteem which S. Thomas’ College hold.

12. In addition, students should adhere to all rules and regulations which are presently in force, and which may be enforced from time to time.
